Civics Talks Program Coordinator Needed

We are seeking 8- month project plan proposals to strategically grow and deliver our Civics Talks program.

Weekdays, evenings and possibility of weekends

July 1, 2017- February 28, 2018


Synapcity is a small non-profit organization that brings people together to share ideas, understand new perspectives and collaborate on initiatives to improve our city, without political agenda or bias. We provide the knowledge and tools to help people understand our city and gain confidence to make positive change. We give people a sense of belonging and empowerment to co-create so that we can preserve and strengthen what makes Ottawa great. Our core programs are funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF).

We are seeking 8- month project plan proposals from experienced project coordinators to strategically grow and deliver our Civics Talks program in communities across Ottawa. This position is subject to renewal until 2019, when you will develop a train- the trainer toolkit and expand the program into additional Ontario cities.
